Voting Info & Notary Services for Grad Students
Different states have different rules for submitting absentee ballots, with a small number requiring that ballots be notarized.
If you are voting within the state on Indiana, you can view the Indiana Voter Guide here.
If you are casting a ballot in any other state, you can find state-by-state information at eac.gov.
Should you need to have your ballot notarized, the Graduate School has a Notary who will be available to assist graduate students by appointment on:
Tuesday, October 20, 11:00am-1:30pm
Thursday, October 22, 11:00am-2:00pm
Tuesday, October 27, 11:00am-1:30pm
Thursday, October 29, 11:00am-2:00pm
Please email email@example.com to schedule an appointment.
There are also notaries in other offices around campus, such as the Registrar, General Counsel and Human Resources. Contact them directly for arrangements. These services are all free. Finally, other local and on-campus services that may have a fee are listed here.
