Off-Campus

The Landings at Notre Dame

The Landings at Notre Dame is a newly constructed apartment complex designed specifically for enrolled students of Notre Dame that are Married or Parenting.  The Landings at Notre Dame is a University-related complex located within walking distance of the core of campus, set to open Fall 2020.  The Landings at Notre Dame features whole apartment leases (not by the bedroom) featuring one, two and three bedroom apartments with in-unit washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchens, an open layout, on-site parking and shuttle service available to campus.   The walkable community is in close proximity to the Notre Dame Family Resource Center and much more.  To reserve your new home, visit www.thelandingsatNotreDame.com or call 574-538-2710.

Overlook at Notre Dame

Overlook at Notre Dame is a University-related* apartment complex that opened in August 2014. Overlooking the University fields, on Twyckenham Drive, Overlook at Notre Dame is the first and only community designed specifically for Notre Dame graduate and professional students, as well as researchers, staff, and faculty. It offers furnished 1-bedroom and studio apartments designed with the privacy and personal space preferred by today’s professional student.

Off-Campus

The website offcampus.nd.edu allows students or prospective students to view, filter, and compare listings of available properties for rent, complete with photographs, floor plans, maps with proximity to campus, links to applications/leases, lists of amenities, and more. It also includes a roommate search tool and discussion boards available only to undergraduate and graduate students, as well as educational resources designed to help students navigate the many dimensions of life off-campus. a list of off-campus housing options, focusing on apartments, townhouses, and homes near campus. Most housing options listed are within walking distance of campus.

Home Weatherization

Home Weatherization "helps income eligible households reduce fuel consumption and fuel expenses by providing weatherization measures for homes at no cost to those served. These procedures include: health and safety inspection on the furnace and water heater, cellulose insulation in attics and side walls." 

Energy Assistance Program

"The REAL Services’ Energy Assistance Program is a state-funded program that assists low-income households with electric and heating expenses during the winter months."
